Participant Response - Great Resource!

I love the George Lucas foundation. If anyone hasn't subscribed to the magazine, i would recommend it! I really enjoyed the video about the high school musician that used a modified joy stick to control the buttons on his baritone. Technology allowed this student to be persistent in his learning. Too many times barriers will stop the education process and this is a great success story of triumph.

This relates to my daily instruction by reinforcing the idea of thinking out of the box and teaching students how to it also. Life throws many barriers in our way and if we're open minded we can successfully navigate through them without a flinch. I am a master of improvising and looking for alternate ways to reach an end. Facilitator Response - RE:Great Resource!

Absolutely! Life really does force us to be problem solvers! That's so awesome that you are an art teacher...I love to dabble in watercolor. I also taught a 9 week art unit to my fifth grade students last year. We composed digital art using CoreFX. I'll have to send you our digital art museum. :) --[facilitator name]
